 Real Food Whole Life  posted this Spiderweb Pumpkin Smoothie recipe on Facebook and it caught my eye. Doesn’t it look wonderful?

{For the smoothie combine 1 banana, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon each sunflower seed butter and ground flax, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg and ice. Blend in high. Drizzle with molasses. Serves 2}
