Happy Friday! Heading into the weekend by sharing some wonderful things that caught my eye this week….
- For all you Skagit Valley / Barn lovers. Hurry and go follow this gal. She’s from Burlington and her Instagram is full of the most gorgeous local shots!2. This cookbook! I’ve mentioned before how much I enjoy Danielle. I’ve haven’t met her in real life (yet), but I can just tell how incredible she is. She and her husband just self- published this cookbook and it’s a true beauty. They are wonderful cooks and I love the way they share their story. Go order yours NOW.3. This caption from @_im_a_bird “Ok. I am the thriftiest person I know.. I wait to buy anything I want for my closet or home until I find it thrifted. This means I religiously check the thrift stores or Craigslist… etc. This also means my projects (my home interior) is always an unfinished project. I’m also very simplistic when it comes to my wardrobe (since the recent years), because: 1) the less clothing the less laundry. 2) balling on a budget. 3) I have become picky about the colors I wear and the style.“
Any other thrifters out there just LOVE this?! Hands up if you can relate! 4. This new store! Cedar and Pine, located in Stanwood, is cute, cute, cute! Just check out this outfit below. They are a local, small business that you’ll definitely want to support. 5. These words (and this photo!) from @AprilCPhoto “This summer my girls read the sweetest book titled ‘Mrs Rumphius,’ and it inspired them to spread lupine seeds all over our property. Much to my surprise we are seeing lupine pop up everywhere 😍 We can’t wait until the spring!”
6. This perfect little scene. Bridget Beth Collins is a botanical artist, writer, painter, nature lover and light seeker in Seattle. As you can see, her work is stunning!
“Love only grows by sharing. You can only have more for yourself by giving it away to others.”
